Bill McKibben


Bill McKibben is a renowned author and the founder of 350.org. The author of seventeen books, appearing in twenty-four languages, he works also as a freelance writer for many magazines including the New York Times, Orion Magazine, and Outside. His work focuses on society and cultures’ impact on the global environment. Bill McKibben has been named by Foreign Policy among the world’s top 100 most important thinkers. Additionally, he has been awarded the Gandhi Peace Prize, the Right Livelihood Award, and honorary degrees from nienteen colleges and universities. –Sydney Lundberg
